Country star Zac Brown is saying goodbye to his luxury estate in Lake Lanier, Georgia — just as his divorce battle heats up.
Brown has put his large lakefront home on the market for $3.25 million, hoping to make a big profit after buying it for $1.8 million in June 2020. The listing was first reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution .
Located about 45 miles northeast of Atlanta, the home is in a gated community on the south side of Lake Lanier, near where Brown grew up in Cumming. The massive 9,448-square-foot property boasts seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, and offers plenty of perks to entice buyers.
“The kitchen overlooks an open-concept living room and fireside breakfast room that flows to a covered porch with lake views,” the listing reads, adding that the main level includes a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, double double and custom. the closets of the room.

The move comes as Brown, 45, goes through a difficult split from his most recent wife, Kelly Yazdi. The pair were married for just four months before Brown announced their split last December.
Things quickly turned sour, with Brown filing a lawsuit against Yazdi in May, accusing him of breaching a confidentiality agreement and damaging his reputation. However, a judge rejected his request for a temporary restraining order.
Yazdi then filed her lawsuit. She claimed that Brown used actual footage from their wedding in the music video for his hit “Beautiful Drug” with Avicii and asked an actress to portray her negatively.
A request for comment on the proceedings was not returned by press time.
This isn’t the first time Brown has navigated rocky marital waters. He was married to Shelly Brown for 12 years before their divorce in 2018. The former couple have five children together – four daughters and one son.
